1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how TrueStyler ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and deletes your information when you use https://truestyler.ai. You can reach us at contact@truestyler.ai.

2. Data Collection & Purpose

We collect specific inputs to provide our virtual styling service:

• Photographs you upload, and the looks we generate from them.
• Physical demographics you provide (such as age range, gender, and height).
• Your styling conversation with the assistant.
• Account information (your email address and sign-in details), handled by our authentication provider.
• Billing information, handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use this data exclusively to analyze your visual profile, generate custom clothing recommendations, composite virtual garments onto your image, and operate your account and billing. We do not use your photos or generated images to train AI models, our AI provider processes them only to produce your results, and we never sell your personal data.

4. Biometric Data & Image Processing

To accurately apply virtual clothing while preserving your identity, our service analyzes the geometry and posture of the individuals in uploaded photographs. In compliance with applicable state and international biometric privacy laws, we expressly affirm that any biometric identifiers or facial geometry data derived from your images are used solely to facilitate the try-on edit. We will never sell, lease, or trade your biometric data. This data is destroyed together with the underlying image: automatically within 30 days, or sooner if you delete your account.

5. Data Retention

Styling sessions cannot be reopened in the app, so we keep your uploaded photos, generated looks, visual profile, demographics, and conversation for 30 days after they are created, only so that we can help you recover them if you contact us. After 30 days they are automatically and permanently deleted.

Your account information, and a record of how many looks you have used and which plan or credit paid for them, are kept while your account exists so that your plan and balance work correctly.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from "Manage account" in your account menu. When you do, we promptly and permanently delete all of your associated photos, generated images, profiles, conversations, and usage records, cancel any active subscription, and delete your customer profile at our payment processor. Our payment processor retains records of past transactions as required by law. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a short period, generally no more than 30 days, before they are overwritten.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, subject to strict confidentiality and security obligations. These categories of providers include:

• Cloud Infrastructure & AI Providers: For secure application hosting, image storage, and processing generative AI tasks.
• Database Providers: For securely storing your styling history and account data.
• Authentication Services: For managing secure account creation and session logins.
• Payment Processors: For securely handling billing, subscriptions, and invoicing.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and uploaded images are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account yourself at any time, or exercise any of these rights, including requesting a copy of data we still hold, by contacting us at contact@truestyler.ai.

11. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold data about a minor, we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date above.
